This section is from times gone past and from yesterday. There is a BIG difference in a photograph and a picture to me because anyone can take a picture. There are times when I will take a photograph with the sole purpose of manipulation but I try to get shots that take very little modification. When the picture requires very little "tweaking" or NO modification at all, then I believe you have a photograph and not just a picture.

If I don't have to do anything to it, then that is what I call a good shot and hope for many more in my lifetime. When it is all said and done I may not not be able to take it with me but I will most certainly leave something behind. My art is very much me and I'm always thinking of something else to create. I love sculptures, personally and have yet to venture there but give me time I want to at least once or twice. I have many outlets and will I ever settle on one thing / style...?... probably not..it is just not me! (Last edit : 3-15-2012)

A QUESTION I'M OFTEN ASKED: Is there anything you will NOT take a picture of ?

Injured / Deceased children (Unless it pertains to a photojournalism -news topic - war - genocide etc...) I would have to be paid to do it, also do not take pornographic pictures. I find pornographic material degrading even if the subject is willing. I don't want to cater to the fantasy or perversion - however you personally view it. I just do not want my name attached to that kind of material.
